Welcome to HustleBazar. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HustleBazar platform, including our website, services, and any associated applications. By creating an account, setting up a store, or making a purchase on a HustleBazar-powered store, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to HustleBazar and all its services, including the website, APIs, and admin dashboard.
• "Merchant" refers to any individual or business that creates a store on HustleBazar.
• "Customer" refers to any person who shops on a HustleBazar-powered store.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to HustleBazar.

2. Account Registration

To use HustleBazar as a merchant, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password (or by signing in with Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Subscription & Billing

HustleBazar offers a Free plan and a Pro plan ($10/month). New Pro signups receive a 7-day free trial; the Free plan is free forever and requires no card. The platform may add or rename plans over time and adjust the feature set included in each — the live state of the plan you are on is always shown in your admin under Settings → Billing. Details:

• The Free plan includes 1 product, unlimited orders, the single-page Landing Page builder, branding (logo / colors / fonts), Cash on Delivery checkout, and a HustleBazar subdomain. Storefront features such as multi-page navigation, categories / brands / collections, custom CMS pages, custom domain, custom email server, additional payment gateways, analytics, CSV export, coupons, and the payment history ledger are not included on the Free plan.
• The Pro plan includes unlimited products and orders, the full multi-page Shopify-style storefront with theme builder, all payment gateways (Stripe, Razorpay, PayFast, COD), custom domains with free SSL, custom email (SMTP) and template editor, storefront search, custom navigation, CMS pages, categories / brands / collections, coupons, analytics, CSV exports, payment history, API access, and priority support.
• Subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• You may cancel or downgrade your Pro subscription at any time from your billing settings. Scheduled downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period and are reversible until then.
• An immediate "Downgrade now" from Pro to Free issues a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your current period to the card on file.
• When you downgrade, any features your new plan does not include are automatically reconciled — non-COD payment methods are deactivated, custom domains are detached, the storefront switches to single-page mode, and gated admin sections become read-only / hidden. Your data is preserved and re-activates if you upgrade again.
• If a renewal payment fails, your store enters a 2-day grace period before being blocked.

4. Store & Content — Merchant Accountability

HustleBazar is a self-service platform that gives entrepreneurs the infrastructure to run their own online store. The merchant who signs up is the sole owner and operator of the store they create. Accordingly, the merchant is fully responsible for everything they sell, the accuracy of every product listing, the lawfulness of every offer, the handling of customer data they collect, and their compliance with the laws, taxes, and consumer-protection rules of every jurisdiction in which they operate.

HustleBazar does not endorse, verify, manufacture, ship, or take ownership of any product, service, or transaction listed by a merchant. We are not a party to the sale between a merchant and their customer, and we do not act as an agent for either side. Any losses, disputes, refunds, fraud claims, intellectual-property complaints, or legal matters arising from a merchant's activity remain the sole responsibility of that merchant.

As a merchant on HustleBazar, you agree not to:

• Sell or distribute illegal, counterfeit, restricted, or otherwise prohibited goods or services
• Post misleading product descriptions, fabricated reviews, or deceptive pricing
• Infringe on the intellectual-property, trademark, or publicity rights of any third party
• Use the platform for spam, phishing, money laundering, or any form of malicious activity
• Process fraudulent transactions or knowingly accept payments tied to criminal activity
• Attempt to access another merchant's data, infrastructure, or customer records

Zero-tolerance policy. If we determine that a store is engaging in any of the above — or in any other unauthorised or unlawful activity — we reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to:

• Suspend the store immediately, with or without warning
• Permanently delete the merchant's account and all associated data
• Cancel the related subscription without refund
• Report the matter to the relevant law-enforcement or regulatory authority
• Cooperate fully with any subsequent investigation, including disclosure of relevant account, transaction, and audit-log records

HustleBazar exists to make it easier for honest entrepreneurs to launch and grow a real business they own end-to-end. Keeping the platform clean for the merchants who play by the rules is something we take seriously and enforce consistently.

5. Orders & Payments

Merchants are responsible for fulfilling orders placed on their stores. HustleBazar provides the platform and tools but does not participate in the transaction between merchant and customer.

Payment processing is handled through third-party gateways (Stripe, Razorpay, PayFast, or COD) as configured by the merchant. HustleBazar does not process payments directly and is not liable for payment disputes between merchants and customers.

6. Custom Domains

Merchants may connect a custom domain to their store. You are responsible for owning the domain and configuring DNS settings correctly. HustleBazar provides free SSL certificates for all connected domains through automatic TLS provisioning.

7. Account Termination

• By you: You may delete your store at any time from your account settings. Your Stripe subscription will be cancelled immediately. Your data is preserved for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
• By us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or extended inactivity. We will attempt to notify you by email before taking action.

8. Limitation of Liability

HustleBazar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the platform
• Downtime, service interruptions, or technical failures
• Actions of merchants, including product quality, shipping, or customer service
• Third-party payment processing issues

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to HustleBazar in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

The HustleBazar platform, brand, logo, designs, and code are the intellectual property of HustleBazar. Merchants retain ownership of their store content, products, and brand assets. By uploading content to the platform, you grant us a limited license to host and display it as part of operating your store.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
